Hi Eric when i did your chart i am sure i prodded u for the right time. You were born at 7:27 p.m your going to have to ask the hospital where u were born for your birth certificate. I could not even get a vehicle license when i moved from california to michigan without a birth certificate. You definately cannot go to canada or any other country without a birth certificate.
