I had to look up this bird because it has been very snowy and cold here the last few days and no birds to be seen. The Robin is now gone and not a peep from the morning doves. But who should show up on a leafless snow filled branch? A brite red male cardinal without his mate!

Both male and female cardinals join in the whistling. This reflects the need to integrate our male and female characteristics into our day to day life. Feminine energy is linked to intuition. Male energy is linked to perseverance. If both are operating within our life our intuitive knowledge has the perseverance and strength necessary to manifest our goals and dreams.

Now I see clearly why the male cardinal represents perseverance! And so I must manifest it as well! But first; what of my intuitive knowledge to take the path that leads to the right goals and experiences to manifest the true being I was meant to express!
