As we look back our attempts to find some duplication of our experiences and ability to find happiness we recognize that many happy moments can be found from inner reflection and silence. At sometime in our lives others will come into our lives that we find have found happiness and given kindness far superior to our own. In this realization we recognize that they themselves have certain procedures and methods they follow to experience what they do and they themselves have followed the lives and procedures of others.
