i like the name you choose. i somehow  associate it with Buddhism: Samsara (Sanskrit: संसार) is the endless cycle of suffering caused by birth, death and rebirth; i.e. reincarnation within Buddhism. A gentle reminder to us all. Hope we can assist each other towards enlightenment!

Yes, Its a beautiful name isn't it.  I have choosen it for a couple of times now. Is enlightment a state of realisation?
We are all learning until the day we pass from this world to the next then we will be learning all over again in a
different state of being so we are always growing learning and developing and that way YES we can help each other.

thanks hun..ignore my PM didnt see this till after sent it .lol

Big welcome HUG

i think you simply had a out of body expereince..

But yet I am nobody to say you did not experience some sort of  kunalaini  energy rising.....only you can  figure that out hunn

but proceed with caution and  get all the info you can on the subject

check out he CHRISM site .....you  will find lots of info and advice  there as well...i think he has a yahoo group as well where they exchange lots of issues that arise and tips etc...

here is  a  page of  possible complications . and  helpful tips ..please note this is simply possibles....... not all experience these things

http://www.eaglespiritministry.com/teaching/kundalini/kskc.htm

http://www.eaglespiritministry.com/teaching/kundalini/kskg.htm

and some where on that site in the  many many stories iare several articles of  peoples personal accounts of what they experienced...some  were  terrible

from my personal expereinces...my first one  was so severe it could easily have  taken my mind
the next two were just more enlightening..elevating my awareness

Hi Laura49,

from this site that you very kindly found for me, I don't think I'll bother with Kundalini
I don't believe in pushing any doors open.   If it opens it will open because it is supposed
to be that way.  All the symptoms are just unreal you wouldn't think that such things would
happen when you or anyone else is trying to achieve something so good that will help others.
But as they say you have to loose yourself to find yourself but I don't know if I'm willing to go
that especially having the kids and everything. X

Namaste that was beautiful and so obviously came from our heart centre.  I always

make excuses for not meditating.  I don't have the time I can't get the peace and

quiet but yet I'm guilty of spending vast amounts of time on the computer etc etc,

Through drawing my attention to this I need to start meditating most definitely

and when the children go to bed tonight I think I'll make a start.

Namaste......beautifully said  hunn ....just beautifull I actually understood what you said thsi time lol lol

must admit sometime you loose me with the twists and turns....ahhhh but I prevail if it is only with a few words..

Quote
God is not some far off, figure head adorning some intangible realm... God is Within/Without/All and exists just behind a subtle thin viel... God is shy, loving, and compassionate, and often seems allusive -- for our beloved is simply waiting to be loved not for her fruits and gifts, but out of a natural flow of our centered, loving, heart!   God may be Realized within / by each !   BALANCE IS KEY -- Therein lies harmony.

I loved this it is so my beleifs as well..

the corridors inside you brain must be as twisty and  curly as mine......lol
