Some peoples minds are a tangled knot full of demands. Without that knot being untangled they will go on feeling that others owe them something and not being able to recognize what others are giving them and have given them. This is a very selfish way of looking at the world with no empathy or understanding of others and their needs.

I think it's more a tangle of never ending wants.
