I would say Sri Roy's approach is jnana rather than bhakti. Not that he is against devotion, only that his personality is rather austere and intellectual. I have found him to be responsive and helpful with questions. I get a great deal from his writings and appreciate his somewhat no nonsense approach. I am extremely grateful that he initiated me.
I am certainly appreciative of your bringing Sri Roy's vibration to us. As he said at the end of the video; People that read the Autobiography of a Yogi and are receptive pick up on the spirit of omnipresence which Paramahansa Yogananda transmits thru this book and his writings. That spirit is also present in those who follow him and they transmit that spirit to others. If we are at all receptive we can feel the presence of that expansion of consciousness thru Sri Roy's communications with us!
