I have always wondered about this; how much are people different in their eating for personal health? How much is there mutual benefits to eating some foods and avoiding others. It seems like there is general consensus to stay away from meat and even fish by gurus and master's. How do I notice this? Because there is never any fish or meat served at places like Amma's retreat, Mother's Trust, SRF retreats and at the Vedanta and Hari Krishna centers as examples.

But beyond this when we start talking about began verses vegetarian and grains, wheat and protean the Masters do not have as much to say about these things. So perhaps it becomes more of a personal preference at this point. I think it is very good that u have been able to listen to your body McCoy for early warning signs and acted on its voice. I have always heard that our bladder just doesn't work as good as when we are young compared to when we get older but I have never heard of anyone associating it with dairy products till you mentioned it in your last post McCoy.
