"Have peace like a mantra going round and round your head"



An interesting side line to this: When i recently saw Amma she had everyone in the auditorium meditate and visualize flowers coming down over the whole earth. Thoughts are powerful like mantras they manifest and by God's grace we too can manifest peace and safety on this earth.
