Does a love of god bring people back to this world

For those who believe in reincarnation, I'm toying around with the idea love and desire to experience bring people back.

I understand that a majority who believe in reincarnation also believe that we come back to learn a lesson or some say to work on our karma.

I think back on attachment, the bond that bring people together and an awareness acquired through meditation of a living, loving God- This feeling that can hardly be described yet obtained in this material life here on earth. I think this is a feeling that can bring people back.

Perhaps there are other worlds and realities with lives yet to be lived but I see this as a form of attachment bringing souls back if desired.
