For me, Steve, its appearance is related to archangel Azazel.
This Being has come forward in my dreams. At this time, many on earth are questioning ancient history and kingship(and their role in it all). Like celestial waves of cosmic influence effecting the micro. We are the micro and we belong to a greater being. We share history with the regent of this local universe. We belong to One God. And I am witnessing the influence of data on others with many great parallels.
