I often get insights about the nature of reality after meditation. My insight this time was that we are all like actors playing out parts in a drama. We imagine ourselves to be the roles we are playing out and therefore we get caught up in the drama forgetting our parts and instead trying to make up our own parts. Yet the script has already been written and our parts designed.
