i have always enjoyed Mccoy's friendship and presence here. It is nice to know that unlike about 40 years ago we were unable to have a very meaningful exchange with people at such a distance geographically. But because of computers and sites like this we can have friends at great distances. We are fortunate to have someone with common interests in meditation and health that contributes so much to our common interests. Mccoy is often in my thoughts and prayers especially during meditation. There are not very many people that are willing to reach out beyond their own life circle of friends and acquaintances and there small life activities. Mccoy is one of them. This forum would just have U.S. members if it were not for Mccoy and people like him that give are culture a different perspective and help us understand about other cultures.
