All good. I just meant if you wanted to try having an OBE that recording dreams could be a good gateway.

I welcome it- My fears I think stemmed from childhood. Once when I was a kid I was in bed awake and someone whispered my name directly in my ear- I felt the breath against my skin and it scared the crap out of me lol. My neighbor had weird experiences with ghost and we used to think some were here too. but the imagination really tricks the mind especially so young. Now that I’m older I am able to go in with a calmer and more inquisitive mentality. Im grateful to experience and think it’s rather fun now- even if I feel vulnerable
