I haven't meditated recently but I must say, after making my intentions clear here I've felt very relieved and unstirred. Taking time to read and respond to one another, I was very happy wth yesterday's discussions and findings. I do believe mediation has the ability to keep others calm if you yourself are able to remain centered, especially in person. It was nice to know I could continue the debate among coworkers and we could all remain civil.
