karmic ties

I have found one of the most difficult things to do is to let go of karmic ties. These are people we have loved from the past who returned in this life to visit us once again. The challenge is that we have moved forward spiritually but they may have not and take a casual interest in meditation and spiritual practice. Eventually something or someone will pull them out of our lives. However it is difficult to emotionally make the transition without them and of course we miss them because at one time we shared such kind memories that they may never completely leave our lives.

I think the best thing to do if you find yourself in this situation is to remain True to your deeper desires while practicing nothing but Love and Compassion for the ones close to your Heart. We can count our blessings and say this person helped me and may help me one day again...
