I'm just wondering where devotion (surrender) figures in this? I mean if I can offer my breath to God, use my life-force in His service, try to think onli in terms of He, and surrender my love making to the Beloved in all, then this must bring forth deeper attunement, surely?
Of course, I struggle to do even one of these things in continuity so therefore balance of the four given energies will be needed to dive ever deeper in meditation. But I do remember in GTWA, that if the devotee finds that all else fails then the thought of doing all for God, surrendering even our destructive tendencies, is the way forward.
Yes surrendering the thoughts and mind on him/her/ As you say; surrendering the thought of doing it all for God if all else fails. Good back up plan . i must remember this as i fall asleep tonite; To bring my thoughts on surrendering to that force that has given me what i am grateful for. Just that is enough to set me on the right course.
