I prefer vipassana personally. I think it is more fit for atheistic types.

Almost every Sunday nite at 9 p.m. eastern I meditate with a friend. Will this work out with any one else?

Yes I agree if cops do not meditate they may loose permanently their motto 'servants for the public.'
