my aunt described growing up to me kind of like this...
we ride this wave up and down and as we grow older and hope to learn balance our pull on either side becomes less and less.... maybe these forces are still happening but we aren't as affected as we were initially
That's a pretty great metaphor loki...
I think the way we get there might be finding an inner peace, while those waves of life go up and down... with meditation or some other Spiritual Practice...
