I found long hair requiring more time to mantain and being akward in summer.

I did not notice any significant increase in strenght with long hair, as the yogic theory goes, although probably a specific technique is necesary to draw unusual strenght and energy thru the hair, something similar to the technique allegedly practiced by Samson.
