You feeling betrayed because something didn't go your way? 

Actually, now that I think about it Eric, I'd say everything went the way it needed to 

However one very interesting phenomena i have discovered about the spiritual path; There is just as much significance in loosing things and people as there is in finding them. Through loosing we often have a chance of having new awareness and may discover new ideas and people enter our lives. Recently Art spoke to me about this. Had things turned out the way we might have thought best for us our lives would not be exposed to many other very different ideas and people. i most likely would not have had a chance to meet, for instance, Art if it had not been for a couple of, what seemed to be, unfortunate events in his life. We can never really determine if things have gone our way until all events are all played out. We may find that those things that came with little or no resistance, or the path of least resistance was not in the long run what we needed the most.
