Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Jun 03, 2016 07:11 pm »

I'm grateful for everyone I've known that has shared the light of Universe into my life, in whatever duration or capacity.

I believe it all happens exactly as it does.

I just wanted to check in and say "hi" Steve, and everyone else on here.  This website and the friendships I've made through it have brought great blessings into my Life, and I am very grateful.  I would be a blind fool not to be grateful.  And I wouldn't be hear without the betrayal of a former friend who I was very close to... one ship sails and others come to shore, the beautiful cycle of Life.  All praise to the One that is All.

Thanks kingfisher. Hope u stay around this time around. Haven't heard from u in a while. How is your music coming along and your spiritual life?

What i have found over the years is that circumstances have changed many of my friends attitudes towards me. Sometimes we need to look at these circumstances and the changes. We often find that friends do not circumvent changes in a constructive way.  It is more difficult for me to see when i myself do not roll with the changes. Yet often we have to come to some conclusion within ourselves. It is spiritual nature to try and understand what has happened in our lives; to us and those who have come and left in our lives. To just write it off has something that just happened and now is gone is to diminish the significance of life encounters. In fact every incident is intricately orchestrated the more we r in tune to divine order in our lives.

Kingfisher, I introduced you here thinking you'd enjoy this space and the company.

You feeling betrayed because something didn't go your way?  Huh?

i find your comment rather interesting Eric. i cannot answer for others but only for myself. If u spend a lot of energy and time with someone and they suddenly leave your life with little or no explanation u must come to terms with it in some way. It does not seem unreasonable to conclude that some betrayal to that time shared has taken place. i mean we r not like disposable cans. Actually if we could see our lives and the many incarnations we have lived we do have a responsibility to how long we associate with others and how we treat them. While it is true that we shouldn't be attached to the outcomes we can and often must come to certain conclusions until we receive further information. It this way we learn to have appropriate responses to situations.

This was the post that started this thread:

Isn't it wonderful to find friends we have not seen in years? To suddenly have them return in our lives? i have had that happened and now i can understand the significance of some of these people and what God was trying to show me through them. We can often compare what we have learned through the years and gain so much wisdom from it! U always look at things much different after years of reflection and spiritual insight.
