As we get to know people better we realize what is going on in their heads. People that are not involved in meditation, self reflection and mindfulness often have a lot of turmoil in their heads. Even those who are involved in some spiritual discipline may carry a lot of latent and residual confusion and turmoil in their consciousness; ready to be unleashed at the proper environmental circumstances. It is often difficult to spend a lot of time with such people when we recognize this. We also may be blessed to be around those who have wonderful thoughts and kindness in their consciousness. We are attracted to such people and vibrations.
Usually we can get only so close to others and then we recognize the mental 😕 confusion and sadness they carry with them. Few people have taken introspection seriously and even fewer are genuinely trying to change themselves.
