Also, an impression of a castle or large stone building - a friend sitting in an open windowframe smiling at me with deep affection - the sun highlighting his hair, beard.  That scene always reminds me of my husband. Maybe it was him.  . Other than that, odd sensations - like a vague memory of lying on cold stone or concrete with sun coming through an opening above me, sunlight through forest trees.  A lot of these impressions include sunshine in some form.   

The significance of the Sun which you have often seen in these experiences interests me. The Sun is the key to life's cosmic rays flowing thru us and those rays that we manifest transforming our reality. In your case your Sun (and several other planets) being quite active in Scorpio in the house of service and health; a strong ability to change and transform those around you in your service to them. This ability brings a strong chance to change yourself because of your service and because of health issues.

Sun shining thru the forest trees: These are days to remember....sitting under a tree meditating. Walking with a friend or alone in the woods! Sometimes in our visions we do not always look backward but forwards as well! Into the future!

i know of a friend who had a precognitive experience when she was a child. She saw three men that meant her harm come around the corner of a block. Later in life those same three men were recognized as she saw them come around a block. She immediately ran from them and escaped any harm that might have happened to her. We also may have beautiful glimpses into the future! Time is only another illusion. We may see forward backward or in the present.

We are spiritual beings with the latent ability to rise above time itself and have momentary flashes of the past and the future even in our present development. i often have a hunch of what will come and many times i have been right also wrong of course...but the point is;  it is an ability or talent, if you will, that needs practice and sharpening. An awareness and receptivity of these glimpses helps in that development.

Shannon, congratulations for the accuracy of your little finger, 17 years, coming with no uncertainty interval? Even the most prophetic of the little fingers should have added a ± 10% or 20% error, allowing for external influences on the ethereal waves travelling from the future.

McCoy - ah!  That is strange - I meant to write 2010, not 2001 - November 1st, 2010, actually.     I swear I lost a decade in Denver once - never got it back. Ha ha.

When I heard the number that morning (and the number was 47 - meaning my 47th year) I knew what it meant.  Each time I've questioned it over the years, the answer is the same - until this past year.  Lately it seems that maybe what I knew in 2010 could be changing.  There is something to that 'changing' and I think it could be related to a choice I may yet make.  That would be a new experience, because usually a number is exactly what I knew it would be - the event does not change.

When I hear the voice that gives me information, it is not like a disembodied voice.  It is my own voice - like a thought - but not a thought. Difficult to explain.  It is like a spontaneous existence in my consciousness, a knowingness - sort of like noticing an object in a room that was always there but you never really looked at it until it caught your eye.  Once it catches your eye, you see it - it is subtle, you are not suprised - but you REALLY notice it.  You can circle around it, turn away and look back - it is still clearly there. Hope that makes sense.

Mrs. Thorn was my teacher - the mother of my high-school sweetheart, and my own surrogate mother for ten years.  She was English through and though! It was through her I developed a love for tea, and also learned to read the leaves.  Her mother taught her.  But one doesn't need a teacher.  If you can see shapes in clouds, you can see shapes in leaves. Interpreting symbols is akin to interpreting anything else around you in life.  Little fingers and tea leaves are validators - tools that help you question what you are perceiving.
