For me, e-mail vs. telephone is not an 'interest' - it's a form of communication, a channel - tools. But if what I've said above is true, then I think I grasp what you mean.

This is the strength that makes people come together. People do not just give of their material service but also of their mental service and talents. In this way it is very similar to asking for favors like sewing.
