Good Morning all,
My meditation on Saturday night did not last as long as I hoped. Only about 15 minutes. I very restless and got extremely hot!? The few times I was able to completely "Tune In" I felt a pulsating in the center of my forehead. not unpleasant, just very intense.
I like to do this again. It was comforting(?) to know we were doing this as a group.

Perhaps you could read some inspirational readings if you have difficulty sitting long periods. Also it has helped me greatly in my meditation to have some basic techniques like Amma’s IAM or Yogananda’s
Hong Sau and energization techniques-to help the body calm down.
