Irritating People and Spirits

I had an experience with a ghost once... it was not a bad one though. He was a friendly spirit that still felt a closeness to people here on earth. Brother Bhaktananda advised me to council the spirit to go on to the next plain and not to linger here as a 'ghost' The spirit eventually lost interest in me. I have heard of tramp souls being more difficult. 

Monks advised a friend of mine to constantly chant the name of the guru when this persisted. (The spirit clung to my friends chest during meditation.) They do not like the high vibrational frequencies and eventually leave. I have found this to be true with confusing and sometimes irritating people as well! LOL We usually attract what we are. A very sobering reality to face which makes us take more responsibility for our desires and what we have become! 

Giving a lot of thought to such subjects will manifest the objects of thought! Such is the power of thought and manifesting. If we must think about such people or spirits because of our attraction or karma with them; it is often good to pray for them and let God take care of the results. If they leave as a result of their own volition it is often what was meant to happen in our relationship to them.

Maybe it's something about knowing who's in charge of all things, seems to work for me.

I like the idea of praying for our friends and for those we encounter complications with. I would hope I can do so with the benefit of being able to pull out of my drama for a little but I know sometimes obsessing can happen too...
