You are having a very difficult time diagnosing because of the movement of Neptune thru your 6th house of health. You must recognize that at this time you may be getting the wrong diagnoses. Sometimes the drugs we are told to use may be counterproductive and we may even be poisoned in some incidents. We also must be careful about the diet we have chosen and make sure it is not damaging to our health.

whatever drugs doctors prescribe to improve my condition and after start eating it my conditions deteriorate.

Hopefully u have told this to your doctor or have found other opinions and other doctors. Drugs may have dubious consequences at this time so it is better to get all the info u can from various and other sources.  Communication has been difficult for u recently and many things that have been happening behind the scenes will soon come out into the open and the light of day. The way u communicate and how u use these skills is reflecting this process towards a knew awareness and wisdom.
