okay techy guide from a very un techy person.

look up on your screen and click the little  rectangular empty box .....beside post reply on your puter not post area part. ..when lay curser on it it should say new TAB..... this will open you a second window screen. a blank screen..  you will now have two little bars there..click on one then the other and you will see how they go back and forth lol

when get that screen stay there it will overlap this one but this one will still be here lol
type or click on  yahooo or msn or whatever you use..

then type tinypic.com
when that screen comes clcik the info to go to the site
then  click browse
it will take you to inside  your puter pics, downloads, documents etc.
find the angel pic and click it
then upload the angel
then highlight ( hold left mouse down and slide it across the IMG addy when pic loaded
then at top of your puter in PAGE  click page when window drops down .....click COPY
then click over ot this post page again.

okay I know it sounds complicated but it is not ...once do it a few times sit will happen very fast

then back up on the PAGE at top click paste and it will paste onto  your post.

you also can try this way.
my puter will not do this if pics are stored  in my puter..they will  adhere if i get them from  another website but not out of my puter but it may work for you

try this
find the pic
then right click on it
then click properties
when the screen pops up highlight with your mouse the address on i t
then hit ctrl-and C at the same time
then click that screen off
come back to the post
and click the little IMG pic ( second from left under the crooked I (/)
make sure you get it in the center then click  ctrl and V  at the same time
this should attach  it to post

also will  happen very fast once get used to doing it .

i normally  just do the second screen as soon as i sign in   and pill up tiny pic and just leave it sitting in  a tab in case i decide to use it  later.lol

you can also click preview below to make sure pic worked before you hit send
if worked then hit send

do it a few times and it  will be like like second skin...try both ways find which one works best for you..

might be other ways to do it  just the two ways i know how
