Why is it we or others around us carry a heaviness or lightness about us? I have noticed this about those around me and I have noticed it about myself. We seem to get taken down-energy wise-when we are around people with dark emotions. We are lifted up by light spirited people and we are much happier ourselves when we are not controlled by dark moods.
We might have a deep connection to them but the energy of these people and places just doesn't pick us up but rather makes us feel flat.
Maybe we're supposed to try and lighten it for them? And/or block it so it doesn't affect us?
I have found that it is also tempting to listen to dark music but it doesn't lift our spirits. There are musicians who are very popular. There music excites us but it may not lift our spirits. It may leave us feeling gloomy.
Sometimes that happens to me, but it's sort of how strong I am at that moment. I like to listen to music on a great system for the pure sonics of it, which in turn enhances the power of it, to me. But normally I don't get caught up in all the little messages and things.
