What i have noticed is that difficult people have a way of falling out of our lives because their frequency does not match ours... quite often, if not usually, we do not have to do much.

Most people are more good then bad. Recognizing their good or bad reinforces that attribute. Since we are not their guru sent to 'train them' it is more beneficial to acknowledge what good we see and not let ourselves b influenced by the challenging aspects.
