Once in a blue moon Im sitting somewhere -  this time in the presence of Amma - although it can be alone or in any other environment that has the power to awaken you -and suddenly Im momentarily taken out of the prison of my own mind and consciousness and i feel liberated from myself. It is so refreshing because it is like walking out of a prison cell into the beautiful sunlight you have not seen in years. There is a great gratitude for such liberating moments and they give us a totally different perspective on what is happening to us in our life and we are able to respond to our life circumstances and the people in our life quite differently.

Yea there are moments in our life when we can let go of ourselves and see the significant people places and things in our lives . The candle light glowing along the way. Sometimes I think we are shook up just a bit so we can experience outside the circumference of our own self imposed limitations and boundaries.
