Sometimes the conditions are just rite-we are relatively calm, we r not so restless, the environment is quiet and undisturbing, there may be peaceful 'interiorizing' sound;
and we can hear our breath easily and practice our mantra without interference.

I woke to the 'pitter' patter of rain drops this morning and had such a meditation.

Sometimes I just have to remind myself there is a time we must make for our spirit calling. It is easy to get so lost in perceived duties and desires that keep us busy in worldly activities and take us away from our souls longing for liberation.

I think that stands true for everyone, bar a few very lucky ones

Sometimes our own problems need solving before we are able to move forward in our sadhana. We may be brought face to face with our karmic background for certain awarenesses. At those times we can remind ourselves to practice the presence that at times weakens over a prolonged period.

Sometimes it is important to be with people who are different than you because they may often tell you things about yourself you are unaware of and this may help you improve yourself. As long as their energy does not also drain you.

Sometimes it’s better to lose a little to gain much more. We can often see this in relationships. If letting them go helps us in the long run - as it often does because new people enter our lives - it is better to progress further with a little temporary loss.
