Hi Steve.
I don't think becoming a vegetarian will cure mood swings or aggressive behavior. I stand by my beliefs that it's okay to eat meat.
I do believe though, too much or too little of anything yields undesirable results.
I hope you don't feel I was targeting you by sharing my findings earlier. I had the opportunity to discuss with my sister and she didn't feel the doctor was being aggressive or pushy. He was simply sharing his findings from a new study found from being a long term vegetarian. I'll leave it at that because I don't want to argue what's right for you. I respect your beliefs and feel I owe you a follow up to my last post.

Cheers!

Apparently no one showed your sister findings from all the great yogis thru the centuries. They have advised a vegetarian diet. I am thankful to say i have not seen a doctor since being asked to as a teen ager. That doctor gave me the wrong advice also. Fortunately I have followed the spiritual advice of the Masters instead.
I also was prescribed blood pressure pills at one time. The yogi Masters helped me and I no longer take them. Ofcourse the 'doctors' have no explanation for this cure. Compared to the wisdom of the Masters western medicine is in its infancy.
You do not have to be agressive or pushy to talk ignorance. But you can use your authority unwisely. Eating meat is not only unwise but unhealthy, cruel and disaster to our earth. In a few centuries or sooner everyone will understand this and eating meat will look like a barbarous cave man's habit. All in time... all in time.
