Sometimes when you are quiet 🤫 perhaps just laying in bed you are drawn to the sound of your breath and the sound of atoms bouncing off your eardrums. That’s the time to set up and practice a mantra and notice the inhalation and  the exhalation of your breath. Meditation sometimes comes spontaneously at these type of moments.
