glad to have a lot of opportunities for my future, I construe that they refer to my next 30 years, which I hope will be active and fruitful, although they sure may be relevant to the further future of next incarnations.

After I started reading the longevity narrative, my outlook of life changed. Before, I thought that at 65 I would have been a pretty old, almost disabled man. Now I am sure I can reach 95 in relative physical and mental fitness, if karma allows.

So, as you say, there are many opportunities out there yet.
