yoshiWe have a wonderful technic that Paramahansa Yogananda gave us for listening to the om for long periods of time and you do not even have to accept Yogananda as your Guru to get this technique. At first you hear internal sounds of the body but after a while you may hear heavenly music or the sound of the ocean roar and you can immerse yourself in it. You may even be fortunate enough to be in a quiet place in nature and hear the sound of om uzzzing out of the ether. I feel so fortunate to have this technique that Paramahansa Yogananda gave all of us if we want it.
