When there is not a lot of spiritual influence around us from other people I think it’s good to read about it, so a friend was talking about the bardo’s and I’ve had the book around for decades so I decided to read it. Even though it is a Buddhist text I find it quite like Vedic and Eastern narratives of death and the transition state. It seems like there are many more traps and gravitational pulls and thoughts that can easily side track us into rebirth and lower realms we may fall into if we are not careful.

The Autobiography paints a more happy ending for those having a guru and practicing such techniques as Kriya yoga. I am hoping that transition brings us to higher realms for a stay among spiritual influences where we are able to learn, keep meditating and serving the divine for a purposeful stay and unfoldment. I think that when certain wishes and exalted thoughts come to us we should pray for their manifestation, since all higher thoughts flow to us, and are broadcast from the higher causal realms.
