not sure why but  my mind is screaming  he needs .....amethyst...... at this moment

i have a amethyst stone. i have not used it yet.

Steve find a amethyst and use it.....cleanse and clear it ...and charge it in sun or moon....first
thenn sleep with it under you pillow one night to get your energy into it  first.

Will try it if the Sun or Moon comes out soon here in Michigan where i will be for a week or two. Is cleansing the same as clearing?
