did you meditate with a gemstone at the  third eye

 and if the answer is yes did you notice any change.

If the answer is  not yes

did you cleanse and charge the gemstone before you used it ?

not sure why but  my mind is screaming  he needs .....amethyst...... at this moment

Steve find a amethyst and use it.....cleanse and clear it ...and charge it in sun or moon....first
thenn sleep with it under you pillow one night to get your energy into it  first.
