I opened a similar thread on the other forum, I'm a Hong-sau guy so am interested, although I've never been able to still the breath completely.

i have been breathless but as soon as I became aware of it and the bliss the ego came in and ruined it. The ego is excited and restless it is the extinguisher of wonderful experiences.

You keyed me into the technique tonite. I did the kriyas then started Hong-sau. It is easier after kriya for me unless I have just exercised. Anyhow after practicing hon-sau i notice it is much easier to pray and after the practice i feel more at peace. Sometimes more at peace than during practice because practice requires attention.
