What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream.' i have found that people live in their own dream and project so much of their own hang ups, illusions and fantasies on others. You just have to let them think what they will because sometimes there is not much you can say to change their mind unless they ask and are willing to listen.
Steve the 4 agreements changed my life i no longer care what others think of me that is their problem i am not going to stop living my life over it! Sometimes we get too emotionally attached to another person and that is what causes a lot of problems in the friendships! I learned that too it is the other person that has issues of their own and take it out on us that was the hardest thing i had to learn was not take that personally which is hard to do cause it was directed right at us! Your right about them not changing their mind sometimes it is hard for the other person to listen after they take a slam at us and it is easier to create a misunderstanding instead of working through them and real friends always do and find their way back!! I know who my friends are now!!
