I must say, experimenting with this beats all the theory and conversations in the world.
I am glad I took this up. It's now day 6 of the experiment and I am already realizing that this is the only way to for anyone who is serious in their spiritual life.
Certain things are already bubbling up to the surface (forgive me for being vague). My insight is that we use sexuality and masturbation as an escape from unresolved things in our lives which are also holding us back spiritually.
Concentration is easier.
