For me, lust is a sign that the energy is moving in a certain way. As the yogis describe, they say that it is in the sexual centers, which makes sense. When the energy moves upward in a certain way, bodily attractions become almost obsolete. When you have moments in the higher centers, even if you think of a womans body, it won't attract you in the same way. I have experienced it in my own way, but it's temporary.
