Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: May 06, 2014 10:44 pm »

"The question of whether a being is fully realized or not depends on whether that being is really egoless or just appears to be. If a person still identifies with thought forms or desires, the work is not complete. In perfection there’s no clinging at all."

I often experience this feeling: alright have you had enough? Every experience gained has some loss. Every loss has some gain.
Such is the nature of this duality we find ourselves surrounded by. Yet yes there is this clinging. The thoughts often gravitate towards-"what if" type scenarios and "if i could only" etc. Imagine it: No clinging at all. Isn't it this clinging which makes meditation so difficult? The mind just will not let go. It is preoccupied with so many experiences. Experiences we have had and experiences yet to happen.
