Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Jan 16, 2024 02:55 am »

I find that keeping the mind occupied is the most important aspect of meditation for me because even in doing a simple mantra, it is quite possible that most of the time our minds are wondering from the mantra on people, places and things we are doing in our lives. Although a technique that keeps your mind occupied like the IAM or Kriya technique are helpful in keeping the mind focused on the present and not on what we are going to do and have done. It is simple, because it is very difficult to write a letter or write out a form without thinking, or more specifically being aware of what we are writing ✍️. Likewise, it is difficult to complete a Kriya or follow the steps of the IAM technique without paying attention to what is being done.

i find myself focused on writing this post now and making it understandable to others as well as being satisfied with its intent and conveyance. In the same way I find myself focusing on the procedure and techniques of meditation when I want them to be done effectively.  Which at times, i am able to expand this consciousness that at times I’ve experienced during meditation. And at times, experience the peace that passeth all understanding in our hour to hour and day to day activities.
