.... God gave us quite a mountain of natural instincts to overcome when we were put in these human forms. Let us be kind to ourselves as we find our way back from where we came.

We get back to balance, sometimes even harder to achieve than extremes

Perhaps this is because what was a balance at one time is no longer balance at another time. It is difficult  to recognize just how much we cause our own difficult progress with restless activities.
