Yes this is one example: laying in bed my limbs felt somewhat asleep as one sometimes feels just after waking. I saw myself walk out of the bedroom and into the living room. I thought to myself : Am I dreaming? So I put my fingers near my eyelids and opened my eyes with my fingers. I thought to myself; no I am awake. After closing my eyes again I saw myself going outdoors. At this point the scenery did not match with the way everything should have. So I thought that at that point I went from an o. b. e. to  having a lucid dream. i opened my eyes and returned to life's big dream.
