Water Leak Sleep Paralysis Twin Statue

Two nights ago I had trouble sleeping. I woke up at 3:44AM. I couldn't fall back asleep until 6:15-6:30AM. When I went back to sleep, I struggled with a little sleep paralysis. Something I noticed about sleep paralysis. I seem to get it when I'm either- extremely tired or restless. It's almost always in the morning- When I wake up. But am not ready to get out of bed. Anyways. I started to dream the ceiling above me was leaking and water was dripping on my forehead. I could feel it. The cold wetness. It bugged me- and I knew the sleep paralysis would make it difficult to move. I tried breathing really hard through my nose, inhale and exhale. My eyes were open- I was looking at the wall- but my dream mind was still active. The harder I would inhale- The more apparent this new image became on the wall. It was like a greek carving of twins. It became clearer and more vivid with each breath. When I finally broke free from the sleep paralysis- I wiped my forehead and told my girlfriend our ceiling was leaking- But it wasn't.

This wasn't the first semi-dream/sleep experience I had concerning twins. My Love told me I speak in my sleep- "Twin Sisters and UFOs"

I wasn't going to post this at first. In the past. I thought I could find the understanding to my dreams online. It's not true.

There is good information out here(the web) But I believe my answer- Our answers- Won't be here.

It is wonderful to have your presence as a friend Eric.Do you believe your dreams require an answer? Sometimes dreams are like a sorting process for the days activities. Other times they are for our amusement.Sometimes they educate us about our motives and our deeper self. Dreams remind us of the larger dream we face during the day that we also are waiting to wake up fron.

 I would suggest  sitting up and meditating when you cannot sleep. This is something I have done for years when I wake up at nite. Usually after a while meditating I find it easy to lay back down and sleep.The mind often keeps us up when we want to sleep and need sleep so we are not exhausted the next day.Yet if we are unable to sleep and we do not need sleep the next day perhaps it is fine to do something else.

It was 5 A.M. When I woke up and started writing this. I was thinking to myself that it is time to contact Eric. So I did. I will probably meditate after this and then go back to sleep. Thoughts are always getting in. There is this song. It goes: I'm fixing a whole where the rain gets in and stops my mind from wondering. Where it will go.

hi steve. i don't know. i don't really believe my dreams require anything. sometimes though, i feel there is more for me to discover. my friend/co-worker shared with me one of those special dreams he had. when he was younger he had a dream that stuck with him for years. he never knew what it meant until one day he relived the dream in the waking state. he said he knew in that moment what his dream meant.

Yes their are prophetic dreams and pre cognizant dreams. Why shouldn't dreams be much like life?
Comedy, tragedy, psychic and spiritual as well? It
is nice of you to share your dreams with us and your experiences in this dream life in which we live.

I do not believe your dreams require anything either.
However you mentioned you struggled with sleep and could not get back to sleep. That is what I commented on.
