A friends advice...

A friend recently gave me some advice because I'm working so much its hard to find time to meditate and exercise:

'You don't have to make yourself into a yogi pretzel to be with God. You can speak to God anytime you want to.'

Absolutely. I work 6/7 days a week from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Today, while on the way to work I felt the touch of the Sun and the Wind and knew I was in communion... So much so I decided to park the car and sit at the ledge of the Trunk, admiring the noble tree across from me...
