I have found this is one of the best mantras for me to use when I’m restless. It is simply om ma ma om.

Breathing in to om
Breathing out to ma
Breathing in to ma
Breathing out to om

Changing alternating keeps the mind more focused on practice.

I have also spent time jogging to ….
